Pack Your Gear

Carefully repack the instrument in its original shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and accessories are included.

Attach Label

Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) to the outside of the box, covering any old labels.

Receive Refund

Once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
